As someone who does not enjoy car shopping or the process that comes with it, Bank Street Mazda was like the biggest breath of fresh air. This dealership has incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ultimately ended up not getting my car from this dealership but at no fault of the staff. Waleed and the manager Kirk showed to me they really wanted to fight for my business. The only reason I ended up not buying a car from here is I found a different car somewhere else that just outweighed the car from the Mazda dealership, however at no point did the team make me feel pressured or forced to do business instead they kept asking me “what can we do on this mazda to have you at least consider us as an option” as I was pretty much set on the other car. Truly if it wasn’t for the car itself I ended up choosing the team here had me sold and I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know that’s looking for a car
